That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly direct the respondent authorities to issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction to the respondent authorities to quash the order dated 04.04.2025. II. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly direct the respondent no. 3, Tahsildar, Balod, to take necessary legal action under Section 248 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code. III. Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioners, in the interest of justice.” 2) On objection being raised by learned State Counsel that petitioner is 2 having alternate remedy of filing an appeal under Section 244(1) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, and hence the present writ petition is not maintainable at this juncture, upon which learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy available to petitioner. 3) In view of above submission, writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. sd/- (Arvind Kumar Verma) JUDGE alfiza
