The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…To declare the action of the respondents in not considering the claim of the applicant for payment of pay and allowances for the period from 19.05.2016 to 12.04.2017 by treating as compulsory wait period is illegal arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to pay and allowances for the period from 19.05.2016 to 12.04.2017 by treating as

compulsory wait period and revise his pay in accordance with Revised Pay Scale and increments with all consequential benefits…”
