I find merit in the argument of learned counsel for petitioner that no specific reason has been assigned in impugned order to reject the claim of petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for respondents-2 and 3 submits that he has received instructions, however, an opportunity be granted to concerned respondent to pass a reasoned order. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, since above referred impugned order dated 02.03.2025 has not assigned any reason to reject the claim of petitioner, therefore, it is set aside. However, an opportunity is granted to concerned respondent to pass a fresh reasoned order and if there is any legal impediment the same may also be communicated to petitioner, within a period of three weeks from today. 6.
