Case No. 144 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 140(2) and 238 of B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Lohardaga. On 10.07.2024, the brother of the informant Sandeep Soni went missing. From the impugned order, it appears that on the basis of confession of this petitioner, the dead body of the deceased was recovered. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
