1. The petitioner, working as Lecturer (English) (LB), was transferred under the Rationalization Instructions dated 02.08.2024 from Govt. Higher Secondary School, Mopar, Block Bhatapara to Govt. High School, Bitkuli, Block Bhatara vide transfer order dated 02.06.2025. In compliance thereof though she jointed her duties at transferred place on 05.06.2025, however, since there were excess teacher of English subject at the transferred place i.e. Govt. High School, Bitkuli, she made her representation to the respondent No.2 raising all her
2 grievances but till date the same has not been decided. Therefore, a limited prayer is made by the petitioner for a direction to respondent No.2 to decide her representation within a stipulated time period.

Learned counsel for the State does not have any objection if such a direction is given to the respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated time period.
3. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the case, the respondent No.2 is
directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to respondent No.2 within a week.
