The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kowali P.S. Case No. 16/2023 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1163/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 153A, 295A, 341, 323, 325, 333, 353 & 505/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur. 3. On 31.03.2023 at about 5:00 P.M., a mob of about two hundred persons started pelting stone on the Ramnavami procession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against two hundred persons. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Pawan Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur or his successor in connection with Kowali P.S.
