ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of Respondent No.3 in dismissing the Petitioner from service vide C.No.01/OE-PR/2023 (RO.No.359/2025) dated 19.05.2025, though a criminal case vide C.C.No.170 of 2020 for the very same charge is pending before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jangareddygudem.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that against the order of dismissal, a statutory appeal was filed before the Respondent No.3 and seeks for a direction to direct the Respondent No.3 to consider the police manual while considering the appeal. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services would submit that
3. the appeal filed by the Petitioner would be considered in terms of the facts of the case and law applicable to the case of the Petitioner. Having heard the respective counsel, the present writ petition is

disposed of, directing the respondent No.3 to dispose of the appeal filed by the Petitioner by taking note of the facts of the case and the law prevailing by providing an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of three (03) weeks.
