This is an application filed by the petitioner praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of under Sections 482 and 484 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Surksha Sanhita, 2023, apprehending his arrest for offences under Sections 387, 504, 506 and 120B of IPC. 3. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. 4. During course of argument, it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the petitioner has got similar antecedent of demanding levy and threatening. 5. Considering the antecedent of the petitioner which is similar to this case, I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as this case needs investigation even custodial interrogation. 6. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.04 of 2020, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Chatra, stands rejected. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S./
