Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J.(Oral) By means of instant petition, the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- “(i) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the amount of overtime dues valuing Rs.1,12,464/- alongwith the interest thereon @ 18% per annum from the date of retirement i.e. 31-12-2017 till the date of payment. (ii) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the arrears of salary of the petitioner by computing his salary in the Grade Pay of Rs.4600 with effects from 10-03-2017 and the benefits of 7th Pay Commission, may be directed to the provided to the petitioner in accordance with the grade pay of Rs.4600/-. (iii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 07-06-2023 and order dated 09-08-2021, issued by the respondents (Annexure No. 6 & 9 respectively). (iv) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper, may kindly be awarded in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents. 2 (v) Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 04.04.2024, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal No. 245 of 2022, Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation, Dehradun and others and other connected matters. 4. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel. 5. Since the matter is covered, instant petition is decided in terms of the judgment dated 04.04.2024, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal No. 245 of 2022, Managing Director, Uttarakhand Transport Corporation, Dehradun and others and other connected matters.
