Case No. 150 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 419/420/467/468/ 471/120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crimes, Ranchi. 3. Petitioner along with co-accused persons were operating WhatsApp group. They induced several persons to invest through them. They claimed to have expertise in share market. The Informant invested about Rs. 14.00 lakhs through the petitioner and co-accused persons. Rs. 2.00 lakhs were transferred in the account of the petitioner which was embezzled. 4. Dr. S.K. Chaturvedi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner was in the need of the money and therefore, he had given his account details to one Mithilesh who had transferred the said amount in his account. 5. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tiwari, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is involved in as many as four cases, out of which, two cases have been instituted in Jharkhand while one case has been instituted in Uttarakhand and one in Kolkata. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected, at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
