PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A1, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.481 of 2024 of Bhimunipatnam Police Station, Visakhapatnam Commissionerate. ~--,-.3 c___---,--I--= 2 r/ 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under sections 109(1), 115(2) and 74 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, the de facfo COmPlainant borrowed an amount Of Rs.2,000/-from Al and that on 28.ll.2024, at about 07.00 PM, Al came to his house and asked the said amount. When the de facfo complainant repll'ed that he had no amount and he would give later, Al abused him in filthy language. Then, an altercation took place between them and the de faofo complainant pushed A1. Later, Al left from there. Thereafter, at about 12.00 mid night, Al along with A2 to A4 and one Sattiyamma came upon the house of the de facfo complainant and attacked him with iron rods with an intention to kill him, as a result the de facfo complainant sustained fracture injuries on his left hand and left leg and contusion injuries on his right leg and rI'ght hand. The accused also beat the brother and kicked the wife of the de facfo complainant on her breast. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. A perusal of the material on record goes to showthat on the date of incident an altercation took place between the de €--------id .-=d t>\-= 3 ~r facfo complainant and the accused in connection with loan taken by the de 'facto complainant from A1. Petitioner herein was arrested on 29.ll.2024 and since then he is in judicial remand. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that major portion of investigation has been completed. 6. ln view of the aforesaid facts and Circumstances Of the case, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/Al on the following conditions. i) The petitioner/Al shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like Sum each tO the sat|lsfaction of the learned Sess'lons Judge, Manila Court, Visakhapatnam. ii) On release, the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer concerned, once in a week i.e., On every saturday between 10.00 am and 01.00 pm, till filing of the charge sheet. 7.
