The present applicant is praying for anticipatory bail in reference to First Information Report dated 18.02.2025 bearing FIR No. 50 of 2025, wherein, the applicant has been implicated for the offence punishable under section 420 of IPC. 4. This court after gone through with the record grant the interim anticipatory bail on 24.05.2025 to the applicant. 5. Mr. Sandhu on instructions inform to this court that after collecting all credible evidences now the charge-sheet has been filed. He also submits that the interim bail granted to the applicant was never been misused while conducting the investigation and furthermore the offence in which the applicant has been chargesheeted is triable by Magistrate. 6. After hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration that the interim bail granted earlier was never been misused and now the investigation has already been completed and charge-sheet has been filed and the offence as alleged is triable by the Magistrate and, therefore, this court is of the view that the interim bail granted to the applicant should be made absolute. 7.
