This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 04.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.24 of 2025, under Section 87 of B.N.S., P.S.- Manikpur, District - Chitrakoot. A further prayer has been made to command the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. Sri Anuj Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A., submits that Final Report no. 10 of 2025 dated 12.3.2025 has been filed in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
