ORAL ORDER
The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: a) Issue an appropriate writ,
order, or direction, directing the learned Family Court to dispose of the pending matrimonial case filed by the petitioner, within a period of three months, in accordance with law. The copy of the petition and order sheet in MC.No.4104/2020 is herein produced as Annexure-D.
b) Pass such other and further orders as this Hon’ble court may deem fit an proper in the interest of justice and equity. This matter is pending before the IV Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore. The MC is of the year 2020. The family courts at Bangalore are making their best efforts to dispose of the matter filed till 2019.
2. This court cannot direct the family court to take up 2020 matter. Once the 2019 matters are completed then on priority, 2020 matters will be taken up expeditiously.

3. In that view of the matter, this court is passing the following:
ORDER i. The Family Court shall give priority to this MC, once the 2019 pending matters are completed. ii. Accordingly, the writ petition is dispose off. iii. All pending I.As., in the writ petition shall stand closed.
