Mr. Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as there was no interim order in the present case and order has been passed by this Court in the connected case ie. Cr.M.P. No. 1293 of 2022, he seeks to withdraw the present petition. 3. Learned counsel for the State as well as counsel for the respondent does not controvert the above submission. 4.
