This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the petitioners, namely, Ajay Jaiswal and Shanta Jaiswal, have prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, apprehending arrest in connection with Basistha P.S. Case No. 591/2025 under Section 3(5)/115(2)/117(2)/109 of BNS, 2023. 3. From the ejahar giving rise to the case that there were some allegations against the son of the present petitioners who was one of the two persons named in the FIR regarding assault upon the informant's son during one music concert on 08.12.2025. 4. The petitioners were granted interim bail on 15.12.2025 and 09.01.2026 respectively, pursuant to which they appeared before the I/O for recording their statements and the same is also confirmed by the prosecution. 5. In the circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 15.12.2025 and 09.01.2026 hereby made absolute subject to the condition that they shall render cooperation to the investigation and also co-operate with the process of law. 6.
