Permission is accorded. Accordingly, petitioners are permitted to file an application 5. before the competent authority within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On filing of such application the respondent-authorities are directed to examine the application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two (02) months thereafter, and communicate the said decision to the petitioners.
