ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.3 to 5 in not Considering the petitioner representation dated 09.06.2025 as illegal, arbitrary, apart from violation of Article 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider petitioner representation dated 09.06.2025 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law and to pass....…”
2. Heard Sri BSR Kalyan Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police have not done investigation in fair manner. They have submitted a representation for further investigation. Let there be a direction to the police to do further investigation on the points raised by them.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that as per the wound certificate, after due investigation, the police filed charge sheet in this matter and there are no merits in the petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions, it is apposite to dispose of the writ petition, since the allegation made against the police officer and now seeking a direction to the police to conduct further investigation is not correct.

6. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all such grounds before the appropriate authority according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
