Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that during the pendency of the present petition, final report under Section 193 of BNSS (erstwhile Section 173 Cr.P.C.) has been submitted, which has not been challenged in the present petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to file a fresh petition after challenging the FIR (supra) along with the final report filed under Section 193 of BNSS. 4.
