Heard the parties.
Both these bail applications arise out of the same police case and as such, these bail applications are being disposed of by this common order.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Chandil (Kapali) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.346 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 109/302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil.
On 18.06.2024 at about 09:00 A.M, the accused persons including the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant due to the land dispute. The husband of the informant succumbed to his injuries.
Learned counsels for the State, in both these cases, after going through the case diary, have submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons.
Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that there are several eyewitnesses, who have implicated the petitioners.

Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioners, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Chandil, in connection with Chandil (Kapali) P.S. Case No. 137 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.346 of 2024.
