Petitioner- Ranthambore Nature Guide Society has filed this writ petition to prevent the misuse of government vehicles in Ranthambore National Park and to ensure compliance of relevant provisions of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972. 2. The present writ petition involves a question of public importance, for which petitioner wants to pursue the cause, hence counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a Public Interest Litigation. 3.
