1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following relief:
“9.1. That the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to call for the entire records in the interest of justice.
2 9.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to proceeding pay compensation
rehabilitation
and resettlement. 9.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to the direction of the respondent to pay compassion in The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in land acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. 9.4 There have been multiple amendments to the land Acquisition Act, 1984 not only by the Central and rehabilitation and resettlement need to be seen as two sides of the same coin a single integrated law to deal with the issues of land acquisition and rehabilitation and resettlement has become necessary hence the proposed legislation proposes to address concerns of farmers and those whose livelihoods are dependent on the land being acquired white at the same time facilitating land acquisitions for industrialization,
infrastructure
and urbanization projects in a timely and transparent manner.
3 9.5 That any other appropriate relief as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court may also be granted to the Petitioner.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the land bearing khasra no. 7/4 area 0.3280 hectares along with her husband Sudarshan, it is further submitted that the petitioner is belonging to other backward class a compare of the Form B-1. This Land khasra of Village Khasra Revenue Inspector Mungeli, Tahsil- Mungeli, District- Mungeli. The respondent state encroachment this land for construction of a road from village Laalakapaa to Police line without intimation of land acquisition proceeding without intimation of proceeding without payment of compensation. This landlord brought to the knowledge Collector, Mungeli.
3. Learned Counsel for the respondents opposed the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner.
4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection.
5. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case,
submissions of the counsels, petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the respondent no. 2 and 3 within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and in turn respondent no. 2 & 3 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, rules and regulations, within 90 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. Sd/-
