Sri J. Prakash, learned counsel for the complainant, submits that the complainant, Sri S. Puttaswamachar, has passed away. 3. Smt. Namitha Mahesh, learned Additional Government Advocate, accepts notice for accused Nos.1 and 2, and submits that she has filed the compliance Affidavit of Dr. Nayana, - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:9180-DB CCC No. 745 of 2023 Tahsildar, Kolar, along with Annexure-R1. At paragraph No.3 of the Affidavit, she has stated that the application/representation of the complainant has been duly considered and after verification, it is found that the original records pertaining to grant/records relates to even before the independence and none of the original grant records are forthcoming. However, considering the case of the complainant, it is required that the matter has to be referred for implementing the Missing File Committee to re-build the file by the Deputy Commissioner and appropriate orders can be initiated. Accordingly, an Endorsement dated 20-9-2024 has been issued to the complainant. 4. Compliance Affidavit is taken on record. 5. In view of filing of the compliance Affidavit and more so, the complainant is no more, the contempt proceedings does not survive for consideration.
