The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 166/2023 arising out of Barwadih P.S. Case No. 110/2022, for the offences registered under Section 306 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-II, Latehar. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted his wife aged about 45 years, due to which she committed suicide. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that there is nothing on record to show that the petitioner ha actually abetted the deceased to commit suicide. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer of the petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-II, Latehar in connection with S.T.
