2025:JHHC:16810 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI A.B.A. No. 7517 of 2024 1. Tuntun Kol, son of Khago Kol 2. Khago Kol, son of late Dhodho Kol, both resident of vilalge Narhi, Narayandih, P.O Simra, P.S. Jasidih, Deoghar. ..... Petitioner(s). Versus The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party(s). ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Ankit Kumar, Advocate. For the State : A.P.P. …..... 05/24.06.2025: This anticipatory bail application under Section(s) 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest for offences registered under Section(s) 447, 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 427, 504, 506 and 34 IPC, in connection with Jasidih P.S. Case No. 131/2024, pending in the Court of learned Addl. C.J.M., Deoghar. Heard the parties at length and had gone through the documents, annexed along with this application. Opportunity was given to the State to oppose the bail, which the State availed and opposed. Since, this is a case of assault by the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, the petitioners will appear before the court concerned and file application praying therein for regular bail, which will be considered on merits, without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of. Anu/-C.P.-3 (ANANDA SEN, J.)
