ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the respondents their agents or subordinates not to interfere in any manner with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the scheduled property Direct the respondents to afford

protection to the petitioner from any illegal encroachment or threat by any person”
2. Heard D.Srihari, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents, and further states that, upon receiving a call from 112, the police deputed two constables to attend the issue.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have filed a civil suit for permanent injunction in O.S. No. 113 of 2025, which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Vuyyuru, wherein urgent notice has been ordered to the unofficial respondents
5. Considering the submissions made, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedies before the competent Court where the suit is pending for permanent injunction against the unofficial respondents.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
