The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Karchhana, District Prayagraj to decide the Case No.1719 of 2025 (Computerized Case No.T202502030501719, Rama Shukla and others Vs. Madan Singh and others), under Section 24 of UP Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that an application under Section 24 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, was filed on 22.09.2022 and the same was duly registered. However, for some reason or the other the matter is pending and the delay in disposal of the matter is causing undue hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer for expediting the proceeding is made. Learned counsel for the State-respondents has no objection to the prayer made. Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that the court concerned would make an endeavor to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of the instant order, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
