1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the offences under Sections 420,465,467 of IPC have been added subsequently and further requests that the same may be ordered to be added in the head note as well as in the prayer clause of the petition.
2. The prayer is accepted; registry of this Court is directed to carry out necessary addition in this regard.
3. Status report by way of an affidavit of Superintendent of Police, Vigilance Bureau Unit, Sangrur has been filed on behlaf of respondent-State and the same is taken on record.

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.03 dated 20.01.2024 under Section 7 of P.C Act and Section 120-B of IPC, 420,465,467 of IPC added subsequently, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, HITESH 2025.04.03 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 28.02.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
6. Learned State counsel also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.
7. In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the interim order dated 28.02.2025 is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation, as and when called by the Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S.
