GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION The Court made the following: 3 O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.1, 3 and 5 in denying the admission of petitioner No.2 in 1st Year Diploma in Apparel Design and Fashion Technology, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent Nos.1, 3 and 5 to admit the petitioner No.2 in the said course. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Basheer Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition, as the petitioner No.2, daughter of petitioner No.1, got admission in Diploma in Apparel Design and Fashion Technology course at Government Polytechnic College, Guntur. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 4.
