ORDER:
This Court has accommodated the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to enable him to obtain instructions from the Writ Petitioner. Today learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner once again requested to grant two more weeks time to secure instructions from the Writ Petitioner. This Court found or see no reasons to grant such time. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
