Issue notice to the Respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. 3. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that, the Applicant is the original Claimant before the learned Reference Court. Due to fnancial constraints, he was prevented from preferring the Appeal within prescribed time. Hence, Application be allowed. 4. The Application is opposed by the learned A.G.P.
