Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the writ papers, the same would indicate that that, this Court, by order dated 05th September, 2023 in Writ Petition No.16073 of 2023 filed by the petitioner, had set-aside the order of the respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner and declared the proceedings initiated under Section 79A and 79B of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, 1961 as abated. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation dated 22nd November, 2023 (Annexure-H) in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
