The applicants have filed present application for extension of time in respect of order dated 31.05.2024 passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 2951/2022 and affirmed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.07.2024 in Writ Appeal No. 420/2024. 2. Since the SLP(C) Diary No. 36635/2024 has been disposed of by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 21.10.2024. The operative part of the order reads as under:- “20. Accordingly, the writ petitions are allowed in part. It is made clear that this Court has not examined whether the enquiry is proper or not or the petitioners have been given proper opportunity of hearing or not to defend themselves or whether the petitioners have committed any misconduct or not. We clarify that the liberty reserved in paragraphs 20 and 21 as extracted above, will survive. 6. With the above observations and directions, the special leave petitions are disposed of.” 3.
