1. The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of action of respondent No.3 whereby they were orally told that their services would not be availed after March’ 2001.
2. Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A.G., Haryana submits that services of petitioners were not availed after March’ 2001.
3. There was no stay in favour of the petitioners and as stated by Mr. Raman Sharma their services were not availed after March’ 2001.
4. Ms. Promila Nain, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she has no instructions. She may be granted liberty to move an appropriate application within 3 months, if cause survives.
5. Dismissed with aforesaid liberty. 14.07.2025
