The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a direction to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner made vide representation dated 30.09.2020, a copy of which is produced at Annexure-L. 2. In said representation, the petitioner is requesting the Joint Commissioner, BBMP, to remove the illegal - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:8400 WP No. 15433 of 2020 wall put up on the BBMP public road leading to Municipal No.14/2 and 14/4 of 1st cross, Byrasandra village, Jayanagara, Bengaluru. 3. Since the petitioner contends that an illegal wall has been put up on the public road, it would be imperative for the Joint Commissioner, BBMP., to consider the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-L and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. It is also open for the 4th and 5th respondents to submit their objections to the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. After the 4th and 5th respondents submit their objections, the Joint Commissioner shall fix a date for hearing and intimate the same to both the petitioner as well as 4th and 5th respondents. - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:8400 WP No. 15433 of 2020 6.
