GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 2 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.21866 of 2025 O R D E R: In the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the Respondents in not allowing her to perform her duties as Village Origination Assistant of Respondent No. 8 Society in spite of the Resolutions dated 11.04.2025 and 24.06.2025 and allowed Respondent No. 9 to perform the job of Village Origination Assistant of Respondent No. 8 Society as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner was appointed as Village Origination Assistant by Respondent No. 8, which is said to be a private society working in tandem with Government agencies. As the Official Respondents are restraining the Petitioner from discharging her duties as Village Origination Assistant of Respondent No. 8 Society, the present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner. 3. Respondent No. 8 is said to be a Mutually Aided Cooperative Society and the private employment of the Petitioner in Respondent No.8 Society cannot be the subject 3 matter of the present Writ Petition, as Respondent No. 8 is not a ‘State’ under Article 12 of the Constitution of India. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to avail alternative remedies under law in an appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs.
