P.S.A. Pati, Advocate For the State : M/s. Saket Kumar, A.P.P --- 03/26.03.2025 Heard the Parties. Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Barsole P.S. Case No. 34 of 2024, corresponding to G.R Case No. 34 of 2024 registered under Sections 305/331(3) of the B.N.S. pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. at Ghatsila. On 06.10.2024 at about 05:00 P.M., the petitioner is alleged to have committed theft in the house of the informant, who is his neighbor. It is further alleged that the petitioner took away Rs. 1,00,000/- and gold ornaments from there. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the stolen ornaments were recovered from the possession of the petitioner which were put on T.I. parade and has been identified by the petitioner. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2024. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature of allegation; I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. The petitioner, if so, advised may renew his prayer for bail after four months. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Saurabh uploaded
