In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the impugned notice dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure-L) issued by respondent No.4. 4. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents, the order dated 06.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5584/2025, I am of the view that the impugned notice dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure-L) requires re-consideration by respondent No.4, in light of the order passed by this Court at Annexure-J. 5. In that view of the matter, the impugned notice dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure-L) issued by respondent No.4 is set aside and the matter is remitted to respondent No.4 to consider the objections filed by the petitioner. In the light of the order passed by this Court referred to above and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
