The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 to 3, to remove encroachment in parking area, opposite his flat bearing No. 852, in Om Apartments, Sector-14B, Dwarka, New Delhi, in the form of placement of earthen pots and installment of a permanent iron shed. Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3, i.e., Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”), submits that the requisite action has already been taken by the MCD and the temporary encroachment has already been removed. In case, the petitioner has any other grievance, the petitioner shall be at liberty to seek remedies, in accordance with law. 7. The Court is satisfied with the action taken by the MCD. 8. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the grievance of the petitioner stands satisfied. 9.
