1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:

Lok Sewa Guarantee Act, 2011. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief or pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Competent Authority has not decided the application for grant of permanent social status certificate till date whereas, the application was moved on 4.9.2017.

Learned counsel for the State would submit that the petitioner was
directed to appear before the Competent Authority on 8.9.2017 alongwith the relevant documents. However, since she failed to appear, her application has not been decided yet.

5. Taking into consideration the fact that the authority concerned is
directed the petitioner to appear before it alongwith the relevant documents, in my opinion, this petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty
3 to approach before the Competent Authority alongwith the relevant documents, and in turn, the said authority shall decide the pending application expeditiously. Sd/-
