2. The petitioner in this writ petition is claiming for regularization.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is working as Peon in the office of Sub-Divisional Officer, Dhanbad. He is working since
2008. It is his claim that all the documents and information were taken from the petitioner for regularizing him. Those documents have been sent to the higher authorities but no action has been taken. He submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to the respondent no. 2 to consider the case of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order as all the documents have been forwarded to them.

Learned counsel for the State submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the respondent no. 2 annexing copy of this order and also annexing all the documents which he had filed earlier, his case will be considered as per the law.
5. Considering the aforesaid submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation annexing all the

documents before the respondent no. 2-Secretary, Revenue, Registration & Land Reforms Department who will consider the case of the petitioner.
6. The representation should be filed within four weeks and the decision should be taken within six weeks thereafter.
7. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any benefits the same should be extended to the petitioner. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons whatsoever the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.
8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
