2. This instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:
“It is therefore prayed that this Honble court may kindly be pleased to quash the order dated 24/03/2018 passed by the JMFC Raigarh and order dated 10/07/2018 passed by the 5th Additional Sessions Judge Raigarh in criminal revision No.53/2018 and also
directed to learned Judicial Magistrate First Class to register the complaint case of petitioner/complaint filed under section 200 of Cr.P.C. against the respondents/non applicants under section 294, 506B, 488, 489/34 of IPC in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner has died during the pendency of the case, as such, this petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the above submission made learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.--
