ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing the present Writ Petition, the petitioner as well as the respondents settled the issue amicably and no further orders are necessary and he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition by granting liberty.
2. Permission as sought for is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner, if the petitioner has any grievance, she can challenge the same by initiating separate proceedings. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
