Learned counsel for petitioner refers the Annexure No.1 to this writ petition that he has filed a representation through proper channel dated 08.08.2024 for approval of pension for service at rendered at College of Nursing, IMS, BHU, however, the same is still not decided. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 to 6 submits that there may be legal impediment to allow the representation and if it is still not decided, the same will be decided within short period and outcome of it will be communicated to petitioner by respondent No.3. In the aforesaid circumstances, taking note of rival submission, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that representation annexed along with this writ petition will be decided by the respondent No.3 within a very short period and in case, there is any legal impediment, the same shall be communicated to petitioner.
