In this petition, the petitioner has sought for writ of mandamus to conclude the proceedings in Crl.Misc. No.50/2024 initiated in terms of Section 15(1) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23255 WP No. 18158 of 2025 Interest Act, 2002. It is submitted that proceedings are being prolonged unnecessarily taking note of the same, and in the light of the same, the petition stands disposed of with a direction that the proceedings in Crl.Misc.No.50/2024 to be
disposed of expeditiously.
2. The petitioner undertakes that he would co-operate with any enquiry as may be required. The petitioner is reserved with liberty for advancement of the proceedings and furnish clarification in the event of any enquiry from the Court.
3. Liberty is reserved with the petitioner to seek revival, in the event grievance persists.
Notice to respondents No.2 to 6 is dispensed with.
