2. From the report of the learned trial court concerned, which is on record regarding the disposal of Misc. Criminal Case No. 595/2017, it appears that the final order has already been passed by learned 2nd Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for proceedings under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.
