This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondent Nos 2 to 7 in not providing police protection for my landed properties in an extent of Ac.1.71 cents in R.S.No.90/IE 90/IB of Thogummi Village Kovvur Mandal East Godavari District for connected land in an extent of Ac.0.38 cents for my ingress and egress inspite of injunction orders in I.A.No.324 of 2021 in O.S.No 248 of 2021 on the file of the Principle Junior Civil Judge Kovvuru East Godavari District as illegal irregular arbitrary and violation of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code BNSS and also offends Articles 14 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents to provide police protection for my landed properties and road margin without encroach by the unofficial respondents and others”
2. Heard Sri M.Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the disputes between both the parties are civil in nature.
4. In the view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
