Case No. 456 of 2024, registered for offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 3 & 4 of Explosive Substance Act. 3. On 17.07.2024 at about 5 AM, in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 244/2024, a raid was conducted in the house of petitioner and on search, 35 pieces live cartridges, two boxes of potassium nitrate and other explosive substances were recovered. 4. Considering the huge quantity of recovery of live cartridges and other explosive substance and one criminal antecedent of petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of Patna High Court CR. MISC.
