Ms. Sreelakshmi Palla, learned counsel, representing Sri Goalla Seshadri, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the Writ Petitioner is no more, and therefore, the Writ Petition may be closed. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
