As per the learned counsel for the respondent the order of this Court in WPS No. 2201/2014 has already been complied with. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner by controverting the submission made by the respondent submits that the manner in which the speaking order has been passed is not in accordance with the own memorandum of the respondent, hence the order cannot be said to be complied with. 4. I have heard the counsel for the parties and perused the speaking order dated 06.03.2025 which has been passed by the respondent in compliance of the order dated 22.08.2024 passed by this Court in WPS No. 2201/2014. 5. Looking to the order dated 06.03.2025, in my opinion the order of WPS No. 2201/2014 has been complied with, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 06.03.2025, in any manner, he may question the same before the appropriate forum. 6.
